There a three ways of revising work in order too improve motivation which i will like tell you about.
1.Job Enrichment:
This is a planned process of up-grading the content, responsibility and challenge of work.
it is a main method of improving job satisfaction. This can be accomplished through increasing delegation, provision of more interesting
work and problem-solving mechanism at lower level within an organization.
2.Job Enlargement:
This is a process of adding to the number of operations in which a workers is engaged thereby moving away from narrow specialization of work.\
It is a limited in its ability to improve staff motivation most especially when its relates to the blue collar workers who may be required
to perform several tedious tasks.
3. Job Rotation:
This relates to where a system of operation is planned resulting in members of staff exchanging positions so as to break the monotony inherent
in the work. This helps to provide fresh job challenges.
